CNC Operator/Machinist

Under the supervision of the foreman, the CNC operator is responsible for keeping the machine operating at its maximum performance while respecting quality and manufacturing standards according to client needs.


  • Machine parts on CNC lathes and machine centres;
  • Produce various parts while respecting quality standards;
  • Ensure proper functioning of the machine;
  • Keep the work station clean and orderly (5S);
  • Abide by the company’s policies and procedures.



  • College diploma in machining and/or a professional specialization attestation in digital command and/or a professional studies attestation for a CNC operator;
  • Or have a college diploma in mechanical engineering;
  • Attention to detail in carrying out tasks;
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change;
  • Interest in precision work;
  • Motivation;
  • Ability to work within a team.
